Fish Oil!

Quick post guys!

Many people have been asking me about fish oil side effects and, to be honest, it's an overblown situation. The primary, if any, side effects are things like bad breath or a little bit of burping in most people.

Does this mean that it's right for everyone? Not always. Talk to your doctor first. Some people have allergies that will prohibit them from taking fish oil, but the vast majority of people could benefit greatly from it. Check out the linked blog post to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

The Final Off Topic Post! Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia

Heart
Attacks of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia happen differently than the other two that were described. Attacks of this form of tachycardia happen very suddenly and then stop suddenly.

This can even happen without the presence of heart disease!!

The problem with diagnosing it also lies in the fact that the episode is probably through before you see a doctor. If you describe what happened, though, you can most likely begin treatment for it.

Again, unfortunately this isn't something that naturally can be cured and I wouldn't normally cover, but it hits close to home with a family history of heart disease.

2 of 3: Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia

Heart

Another post on heart rythm problems, guys.

Multifocal atrial tachycardia is caused by WAY too many electrical signals being sent to your heart. Up to 250 bpm too many!

People with this form of tachycardia will experience dizziness or fainting spells frequently. If you are diabetic, have had coronary disease, or have undergone recent surgery you are probably at risk.

The problem for me lies in that if you have a problem this severe there may not be a natural solution. This is good to keep in mind as you continue your effort towards natural remedies.

1 of 3 Medical Posts For You: Wide Complex Tachycardia

Heart

A friend of mine recently put up an article about wide complex tachycardia. I wanted to share a bit of the information with you guys along with a couple of other ones. Tachycardia is something that I've had a problem with for years and there truly are things people should know about different forms.

Wide complex tachycardia is best diagnosed with an electrocardiogram machine and is the result of your heart beating more than 100 times PER MINUTE! Keep in mind that normal is around 60-70. Mine was 110 after months in bed after an accident!

If you think you have a fast heartbeat fairly often you should definitely get it checked out!

I'll give you guys a link to another one tomorrow!
